Hi Enriko,
Welcome back to our forums.
You can cash out the money only when the total cash amount is $10 . You need to mail or pm Sam (the admin) or me and request for payment. Your payment will then be transferred to your paypal account.
This is an awesome concept, giving the opportunity to earn while you learn, teach and share, Its a great incentive to remain active within the forums and to give detailed and valid responses! _________________ http://www.ezylet.co.uk/ the property rental network.
This is very unique and hope it works.
Many forums come and go this one seems to be taking off. I would stick around without it but heck someday there may be something I want on EVay and my paypal acct is low and ...well you get the rest

My husband just purchased a home. My credit was not good so I am not on the mortgage and not on the title although I am paying half of the mortgage and all bills. My sister told me to have my husband sign a Quitclaim Deed and breing it to the town land records to be filed. I did this but I am not sure what EXECTLY this Quiclaim deed does for me....CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN THOUROUGHLY??? THANKS SOOO MUCH!
A quitclaim deed in used to transfer property, add or remove name from the property deed. If your name is on the title of the property, then you will have some rights to the property. As your name was not on the deed of the property, you had no ownership to the property. Now as your husband has quitclaimed certain portion of the property in your name, you will have equal interest in the property as he has. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial sucess

during my engagement period, my fiance got sick, and was hospitalized. His daughters made him do a quitclaim deed, while he still recovering from his near death. Now we are married, he did another quitclaim deed with me but we don't know if it can be reverse. It is not filed yet. His daughter whose name the quitclaim is on lives in Canada and wouldn't give back the deed. Should we go ahead and file the new quitclaim deed?
