in that 2500. outgo currently includes 625 in rent, so the difference is only 375. the taxes are only 603. per yr, so we figured our payment would be around 800. to 1000. for the year or two until we could refinance or just sell.the amount owing on the forclosure notice is 69,000.00.right now it is worth in the neighborhood of 95.000.00 |

Would you please provide specific sources for your comment about the property transfer to Lady Bird Johnson which now bears her name. My efforts to locate an authorized source has been unsuccessful; as is true of the source for the "Enhanced Life Estate Deed". |
