What is the role of Mortgage Mentor?

Mortgage mentors belong to a community that seeks to offer guidance in case of problems that may turn up while you get a mortgage or if you already have the mortgage. They provide mental support to those dealing with problems prior to and after signing the mortgage deal. There are no such criteria to qualify as a member of the mentors' club. Just let us know through email and we will see that your desire if fulfilled.
We welcome your participation in this regard.

Thanks,
Jessica

I would like to know if it is OK for a lender to sign up as a mentor? I have reviewed this site and can see where lots of advice is needed for these homeowners. I work for a direct lender, can provide advice and services.
Is it ok to post a signature with info and website link after all advice posts? Please advise, I have read through the rules ...and it states that a link is ok if its in the signature. But I would like to make sure.

The whole idea here is great. I can also work on newspaper, blog, etc.

Hi Ana,

Welcome to our forums.

Since you are working for a direct lender, we believe in your knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry. We shall be happy to have someone like you helping our community with suggestions and advice on mortgage related issues.

We are glad to know that you have reviewed our site; you can surely share your experiences and knowledge with our community members. If you are lender, you can go for a Lender Signup with our community. In that case, you will be able to maintain details of your service profile and even update your profile so that our community becomes well aware of the latest services available.

Alternatively, you can go for a Community Signup with us. Doing either a Lender Signup or a Community Signup, you will become a member of our community. As far as being a mentor is concerned, it will require you to participate in our forums for quite some time and then based on community review and votes, you will be awarded the rank of mortgage mentor.

Regarding adding your website link to the signature, it's ok with us. And, if you are willing to get a blog from MortgageFit, we can also provide you with it.

Looking forward to your participation in forums.

Thanks
