divorce lien

In my divorce decree it state my ex shall maintain a lien against my house for a specified amount. He recorded the decree at the register of deeds. Does this place a lien?

As its stated in the divorce decree and as it has been recorded at the register of deeds, it does place a lien on your property. You can pay him the money and get a lien release certificate.
