You add someone to title by signing a Grant Deed. Go online to find a form. Check with the lender first to see if there are any transfer restrictions.

Hi dolly!

Welcome to forums!

Your boyfriend can use a quitclaim deed to add your name in the property deed. You can find sample quitclaim deed forms online as well but its always better to draft it from an attorney. Once you fill it up, you will have to notarize it and file it at the county recorder's office.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
